Directions

  • Head East upon exiting Route 4
  • Turn into The Meadows Professional Office Park, just past the Bank Rhode Island
  • Follow the curvy road to the Stop sign and turn right.  
  • Parking available in front of Building A
  • Use the 2nd entrance into Building A
  • Follow the stairs to the lower level, Suite 102
